2002
The Ohio School Based Health Care Association was organized as a nonprofit 501c3 through funding from the Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati (now Interact for Health).
2003-2011
The Ohio School Based Health Care Association was staffed by a contracted or part-time Executive Director.

Something about activities during this time
2010
The Ohio School Based Health Care Association was designated as the Ohio State Affiliate of the national School-Based Health Alliance, connecting the organization to a national network of school-based health care
2011-2017
The organization became volunteer-based. At the same time, there was increasing interest in school-based health care by the Kasich administration.
2017-2021
Continuing as a volunteer organization, the Ohio School-Based Health Care Association continued supporting school-based health care partners.
2022
The Ohio School-Based Health Care Association is relaunched as the Ohio School-Based Health Alliance. The first full time Executive Director is hired, with additional staff joining the team over the next couple of year
