Registrant categories
The School-Based Health Care Partner registrant category is reserved for individuals who are:

Directly involved in the provision of school-based health care, such as the school health team (nurses, counselors, psychologists, etc.), school-based health center clinicians and staff, and other school health professionals

School district administrators and employees

All other individuals must register under the General Admission Category.

Continuing education
The Ohio Alliance is partnering with Moses/Weitzman Health System, Inc. to provide health professionals who participate in the Conference with CME/CE credits, including dentists, nurses, pharmacists, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, registered dietitians, and social workers.
Crowd release/Notice of filming and photography
By registering for the Ohio Alliance 2024 Annual Conference you are registering to participate in an event where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Ohio School-Based Health Alliance and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
By registering for this event, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees
for use of such record media.
You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not register for this event.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing to Bibiana Lagos via email at bibianalagos@osbha.com. The last day to cancel registration for a full refund is one week prior to the event (January 24, 2024). Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after January 24, 2024. Eventbrite’s fee is nonrefundable.
