School-Based Health Center Evaluation
Evaluation can serve several purposes within a school-based health center, from tracking patient outcomes and showing impact, to testing processes and quality improvement. However, knowing where to start, how to develop a strong evaluation project, and how to use the results can be difficult.
This webinar walks you through the basics of evaluation, including goals and benefits of evaluation, and the types of evaluation that may be most useful in a school-based health care setting. Then, aided by an interactive worksheet, you'll have the opportunity to brainstorm an evaluation project in your SBHC, such as first steps, partners you would need to engage, and using results.
These resources were created in partnership with the ESC of Northeast Ohio and the Case Western Reserve University Center on Poverty and Community Development.
